Maarja takes care of the youth participation landscape and makes sure that new youth councils would sprout all around Estonia. Additionally, she helps to fund great ideas with the resources from the Youth Participation Fund.

Liisa supports local governments in increasing youth participation and makes sure that each youth council is active and their members are well educated and skilled in order to protect the interests of young people.

Maris keeps an eye on the legislation in the youth field, analyses it based on our positions and its impact on our member organizations and introduces youth policy positions.

Gerli takes care of broadcasting all of ENL’s activities and projects on social media and other important media channels.

Community practice is experiential learning, during which students go to a non-governmental organization for short practice. Since 2021, it has been lead by ENL and the community practice coordinator.

Cerda manages the development of the field of participation, the implementation of national cooperation, event planning, and the training of young people and officials in the region of South-East Estonia.

Darja manages the development of the field of participation, the implementation of national cooperation, event planning, and the training of young people and officials in the region of North-East Estonia.
The Estonian National Youth Council’s volunteers are leaders in youth politics, volunteers responsible for foreign relations, the organizing team of seasonal schools and ENL’s representatives in councils, round tables and committees.
The organizing team of ENL’s seasonal schools
The organizing team communicates with the trainers for ENL’s seasonal schools, prepares the leisure programs, deals with general organization, disseminates information and finds sponsors.
The blog team creates articles for ENL’s blog and shares information about ENL, our network and the youth field in general through our blog posts.

The Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board of ENL is a body elected during the general meeting of ENL. It’s purpose is to approve the annual report, action plan, budget and development plan prepared by the management board of ENL before submitting it to the general meeting and to advise ENL’s bodies according to its competence.
