Tartu Valla Noortevolikogu on 2010. aastal asutatud noorte esindusorgan, mille eesmärgiks on kaitsta ja esindada noorte huve vallas, rääkida kaasa valla noorsootöö korralduslikes küsimustes, julgustada noorte kodanikualgatust ning kaasata noori valla elu korraldamist puudutavatesse otsustusprotsessidesse.
Tartu Valla Noortevolikogu missiooniks on olla ühenduslüli noorte ja Tartu valla juhtide vahel.
